Working with Organisations and Community

I host wellbeing presentations, forums and retreats for 5 to 200+ people.

I have hosted events on topics related to change management and mental health for organisations; mental health for community groups; relationships, marriage, family and parenting issues in small workshops and VIP Events for Mums in settings of 200+.

Founder of Beingamother.com.au

I founded the Being a Mother Workshop in May 2001. These have been facilitated in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland with requests from USA and NZ.

Featured in the Melbourne Weekly Magazine

Three mothers were interviewed about their outcomes after completing the Being a Mother Workshop. This cover story led to 400 bookings made within a one week period, outlining the importance of reaching mums at their time of need and who are largely unsupported in their role and adjustment to motherhood.

Co-Founder of VIP Events for Mums.

In 2007, I co-founded VIP Events for Mums as a place to reach and impact the mental wellbeing of more mothers and emulate the key foundations of the Being a Mother workshop in a non-clinical setting.

 Organisational Workplace Programs

In my career as a Change Management Consultant, here and overseas, and in my work with clients on workplace issues, I use approaches that help deal with organisational issues such as Career Direction and Choices, Managing People Issues, Conflict Management, Effective Meetings, Team Effectiveness, and Stress Management Training. I work with management and staff to get to the core of the issues and implement changes that work, that increase happiness and that improve mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals in the workplace. This increases creative problem solving and efficient work practices.

Community Wellbeing Forums

Mental Health Forums in Metro Melbourne and Rural Victoria about anxiety and depression, key concepts and strategies important for mental health and wellbeing, and sharing research on client experiences of psychology consultations.
